All our goods are quality products and inspected before shipment. If the delivered products nevertheless show defects on delivery or shortly afterwards, please contact us via our contact form or via the contact details at the bottom of this page. Always state the order number, so that we can immediately check which order it concerns in our system. We will then look for a suitable solution together. You will always receive a packing slip with your order. Together with the proof of purchase, this packing slip serves as proof of guarantee. So keep it safe.
