Report a complaint
It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first submit complaints to us via our contact form or via the contact details at the bottom of this page. Always state the order number and provide a complete description of the complaint so that we can process it as quickly as possible. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days.

If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. It is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
