Return policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days after receipt. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. If you choose to return your order via your own chosen carrier, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the product from your home to the shop. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package. Please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to Orangeshop.eu. To use this right you can contact us at customerservice@orangeplanet.nl. We will refund the amount due within 14 days after notification of your return if the product has already been received in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation in value to you. Please treat the product with care and make sure it is well packed when returning it.

Exceptions for sealed products

Certain items may only be returned unopened or sealed. This applies in any event to:

• DVDs, games and software
• Drugstore articles such as hair products, cosmetic products, creams, plasters and jars with capsules and the like.
• All other articles that come into contact with skin and/or hair, with the exception of clothing items.

Returning articles of clothing and accessories

These articles will usually be tried on first. Should you have ordered the wrong size, you have the possibility to exchange the article. An absolute condition is that the article supplied by us is returned unused with all its accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.
