TMX META Foot Trigger: the product for foot problems

With the TMX META foot trigger you have the opportunity to take control of your foot problems yourself and to reduce or even solve them completely. The device looks like a raised sole and acts 60% as a foot mobilizer and 40% as a foot trigger.

Finding the right position for the TMX META

To treat your foot problems with the right intensity, you can vary the position in which you use the trigger. Make sure the flat side is on the floor. The basic setup is when the TMX Meta logo is pointing towards your toes. Then you can choose to rotate the base towards your heel. You can recognize the base by the TMX Meta logo. With the base down (towards your heel) you achieve a higher intensity than the other way around.

Using the TMX foot trigger

It is recommended to use the foot trigger according to the 3-step method.

  1. TRIGGER: Stand and place your foot on the trigger and activate the pain point or blockage
  2. MOBILIZE: Alternate stretching and flexing your toes. Also try to shift your center of gravity forward and backward across your knee joint. This creates sufficient pressure and movement at the same time.
  3. STRETCHES: Finish by stretching the soles of your feet and calf muscles.

You can perform these 3 steps as often as you want within a time frame of approx. 5-10 minutes. In addition, you can view all possible exercises via the free TMX app.
